Uma has 20 + years of experience in establishing and managing quality functions, process models , process improvements and certification processes across industry sectors.

She has a proven track record as an internal or external consultant (change management) with skills related to managing large and complex process improvement initiatives and consulting engagements.

She has overall IT services industry knowledge and familiarity with functioning of one or more Business areas / Global functions combined with a strong understanding of relevant CMMI, Six sigma, ISO and IT service management process framework

Has Experience in working on Global onsite – offshore delivery and understands how technology adds value to the business and to the end customer to ensure the process solution meets the programmes intent with regard to cost, quality and delivery. Uma Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders, working across cultures and in matrix organizational structures.

She has the ability to form effective relationships and achieve influence at senior level in the organization. Strong facilitative leadership, communication and influencing ability.
