Mr. Haresh Hiranandani, Vice President – Service Quality, Kotak Mahindra Bank

Haresh Hiranandani, is currently working as Vice President – Kotak Mahindra Bank for their Service Quality division. His span encompasses the scope for Consumer bank i.e Retail Liabilities, Branch Banking, Credit Cards and their Retail Assets. Apart from managing the Nodal Office for consumer bank, he also oversees and handles Special Projects which is responsible for process improvement to enable sustainable increase in productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction. The role is accountable for delivering strategic results from application of effective change management methodologies through Business Process Management techniques

His professional background includes a 12+ year’s experience across industries like Marketing, Advertising, Telecom prior to Kotak. He has worked with 3G, a captive BPO for Hutchison Whampoa(Australia) and implemented six sigma projects in the field of retention, productivity and operational excellence. His educational background has a structured mix of engineering degree and a post graduate degree in marketing. He is a certified ASQ (American Society of Quality) for Black Belt and has additional qualifications of Lean Six Sigma certification from Benchmark. He likes attending networking seminars and sharing his experiences. His primary principle is Quality – Get it Right the First Time.
